This section brings together community news, event announcements, student branch activities, orientation programs, technical meetings, and moments that show how our students learn, build, and connect beyond the classroom.

İSTÜN Computer Engineering Community

We are the students, graduates, and members of the Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul Health and Technology University. The idea for this community was first envisioned by Dr. Nazlı Tokatlı, the founding head of our Computer Engineering Department, who inspired us to create a space for showcasing projects, sharing knowledge, and building connections. Established in 2021, our community has since grown steadily expanding both our project portfolio and our membership while staying true to that founding vision.

As IEEE İSTÜN Student Branch, we are proud to have successfully completed the second ISTECH Technology Summit, which we laid the foundation for last year!

ISTECH’25 was brought to life not only with the sharing of information, but also with the efforts of a community that produces and succeeds together. With sessions that bring together different disciplines, inspiring guests and interactive experience areas, ISTECH’25 has now taken another important step towards becoming a tradition.

🚀 Enriched with innovations such as the IdeaLab project development workshop and the VR Station experience area, this year’s organization has become a platform that not only explains technology but also makes it live.

🔹 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our Computer Engineering Department Head and advisor Dr.Nazlı Nakeeb Tokatlı, who brought us together with her visionary support, guidance and laid the cultural foundation of our club.

🔹 We are grateful to our valuable speakers who added value to our summit and to all participants who shared their saturday with us despite the adverse weather conditions.

💡 ISTECH is more than an event; it is a culture, a vision, a community movement.
