Project Overview
The Logistics Optimization Platform is a local AI-based SaaS solution designed to reduce the operational inefficiencies caused by static route planning. By analyzing real-time traffic and order data, the platform provides dynamic route optimization and decision support for small and medium-sized businesses. The planned technology stack includes Python, PostgreSQL, React, and Flutter, with the goal of reducing delivery times and carbon emissions.
