Community Overview

İSTÜN Computer Engineering Community

We are the students, graduates, and members of the Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul Health and Technology University. The idea for this community was first envisioned by Dr. Nazlı Tokatlı, the founding head of our Computer Engineering Department, who inspired us to create a space for showcasing projects, sharing knowledge, and building connections. Established in 2021, our community has since grown steadily expanding both our project portfolio and our membership while staying true to that founding vision.

CancerBeacon

Project Overview

CancerBeacon is an AI-supported health assistant designed to raise awareness around early cancer risk signals. It does not provide medical diagnosis; instead, it analyzes reported symptoms and guides users toward appropriate healthcare support when necessary.
